EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in the offshore sector.

• A minimum of 01 project experience as Process Lead in oil and gas project

• The jobholder should hold a Bachelor Degree in Process or closely related Engineering of Oil and Gas industry
• Experienced in, and capable of, defining all process design requirements from liaison with the Exploration Group for reservoir information to conceptual design through to FEED and detail design
• Experienced in a position of supervising the Engineering Contractors during the design, fabrication and commissioning phase

• Familiar with HAZID and HAZOP process

• Experienced in developing all process philosophies, PFD's, P&ID's, PPD's, SAFE Charts and equipment/instrument data sheets
• Experienced in interfacing with companies’ Operations group to develop Start-up and Operating procedures
• Experience with Multiphase pipelines would be an advantage. Previous studies, selection or knowledge in this field is highly advantageous
• Extensive experience with HAZOP and process design reviews. Good basic skills in technical safety
• A high level of Computer Literacy required. Experienced in HYSYS and other pipeline software
• A good command of English both verbal and written
• Have ability to organize your own work and meet strict deadlines
• Ability to work in team environment

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparation of input data for process engineering.

• Formulate Process Design requirements and Philosophies for Production Facilities.

• Perform ad-hoc process engineering analysis where required.
• Conduct process engineering support during pre-sanction and execution phase for the Development.
• Assist in preparation of project design basis.
• Preparing Scope of Work for FEED, Detailed Engineering and other engineering services.
• Assist in preparation of ODP, FDP.
• Provide input to formal safety analysis, notably HAZID and HAZOP.
• Supervision of Contractor’s process design work.
• Provide site support during the Fabrication Phase, through to commissioning and start-up phase.
• Provide Operational support after hand over of the facilities from Contractor.
• Implementing other assignments as required by Development Manager.

Mobilization time: Sep 2024.

Working Location: Ho Chi Minh City.

Duration: 1 year.
