1. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITTIES

1.1 Roles

Managing all logistics tasks from ocean freight, impor/export, shore/offshore transportation, materials supply from abroad to fabricating companies and warehousing the finished products.

 1.2 Responsibilities

Managing the import of raw materials:

• Plan and coordinate the import activities of steel plates/pipe/material/equipment/vehical & personnel from international suppliers to Company’s warehouses/yard.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnam taxes law & investor’s requirement and relevant legal regulations.
• Monitor and control the cargoes import/export process, ensuring quick and efficient customs clearance.

Managing the transportation of raw materials/finished products:

• Coordinate with transportation companies and resolve issues arising during transportation to ensure timely, accurate, and delivery in safe mode.

Warehouse management:

• Oversee the storage of finished products from fabricating companies to Company’s warehouses.
• Ensure the safe and proper storage of goods in warehouses.

Interface and coordinate:

• Work closely with related departments within the company and subsidiaries of the oil and gas group to ensure smooth transportation and processing.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers and transportation partners.
• Regularly report progress and the status of goods to management and related parties.
• Regularly evaluate and improve work processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Seek and build relationships, propose solutions and measures with transportation partners to optimize to ensure competitive costs and the best services.

1. REQUIREMENTS 

2.1 Knowledge and experience:

• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in a logistics management position, preferably in coordination for the oil and gas industry, Pipeline/ Piping…

2.2 Skills:

• Deeply understanding of import/export quota regulations and customs procedures.
• Skills in managing and coordinating multimodal transportation (road, sea).
• Good communication and interface skills to work effectively with partners and subsidiaries.
• Problem-solving and quick decision-making skills.
• Abilities:
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling high work pressure.
• Proficient in logistics management software and office tools.
• Good organizational and time management skills, ensuring timely completion of work.•

1. OTHERS INFORMATION:

• Working Location: Oil & Gas Client - Phu My, BRVT or HCM location    
• Working mode:           Monday - Saturday    
• Working hours:           8h/day
• Salary:             Negotiation directly to Client            
• Working duration: up to 2 years
